At Access All Areas Training CIC we understand the importance of protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy will explain what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share your data with and how you can access your data protection rights.

We do, where necessary, share information about you with third-party organisations

  • Access All Areas Training sends direct marketing in line with relevant legislation. We send marketing using either the consent legal basis, or the legitimate interest legal basis.

  • We do, when necessary, transfer personal data to countries inside and outside of the EEA. We ensure this is done in line with Data Protection legislation ensuring we have a valid legal basis and appropriate measures in place to keep your personal data secure.

About us

We are a careers, employment, wellbeing and training organisation working to support individuals in overcoming barriers to enable social and financial independence.

When we say ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ in this policy, we are referring to Access All Areas Training.

What sorts of personal data do we collect?

  • Personal data: identification information such as your name, email address, phone number date of birth, NI number, communication preferences and social media handles

  • Financial Information: Information that may relate to your financial circumstances such as your bank details and income

  • Criminal records: Depending on your particular circumstance, we may need to collect data relating to any criminal convictions

You directly provide Access All Areas Training with most of the data we collect, including when you sign up as a participant for any of our schemes, complete one of our forms, or when you email or write to us.

We may, where appropriate, collect information about you from third parties such as employers, DWP and the local authority.
