The introduction of the Gatsby Benchmarks to schools and colleges ensures that learners receive a comprehensive and bespoke careers education offer. The careers practitioners at Access All Areas have over 10 years of experience in delivering dynamic and motivational careers workshops to young people. Delivered by Level 4 / Level 6 Careers Guidance professionals, our workshops provide a cost efficient and highly effective way to ensure that learners can progress having made well-informed and realistic decisions. Access All Areas use drama and role play as a development tool. We have devised a self-development technique more commonly used in actor training. Our drama techniques encourage participation, communication and personal growth.
Our personal development programs focus on employment skills such as motivation, communication and self-actualisation. We include role play to develop the clients confidence and self awareness. Work preparation includes individual coaching and action planning - with in work support if required.
CV's for the digital age. We create video biographies (CV's) for clients that showcase their skills and ambitions. The videos are shared online with potential employers. Our digital profiles have proved to be particularly useful for clients who have experienced significant barriers in securing employment.
Challenge Days are our own work experience programs, working in partnership with employers. Clients explore the expectations of a job role through a series of activities, discussion, practical tasks and work based challenges. Employers can also use Challenge Days as part of their own staff recruitment process.
Access All Areas are an Aim Awards approved assessment centre. We provide nationally recognised qualifications approved by the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF). The QCF is jointly regulated by the England’s regulator Ofqual, Wales’ DCELLS and Northern Ireland’s CCEA.
